Para ello primero tenemos que elegir cuál va a ser nuestro espacio elegido. Una vez lo tengamos, tenemos que decorarlo como más nos guste, con todo aquello que nos haga sentir bien y nos transmita tranquilidad.

Y ahora hemos de ponernos manos a la obra, necesitamos nuestro “FRASCO DE LA CALMA”. Aquello que necesitamos es cualquier cosa que tengamos en casa, ya que nuestro “FRASCO DE LA CALMA” no ha de ser el mismo que el de nuestrx amigx
You can also create a “JAR OF CALM”, made from whatever you have at home, so it is as individual as you!
You will need
– Un recipiente (no importa tamaño) el cual lo llenaremos de agua.
– A container (size isn’t important) which you will fill with water.
– Algún producto que le de color (¡si tiene purpurina mejor!). Se mezcla todo.
– Something that will give it Colour (if it has glitter even better!). Everything is then mixed.
– Y si tenemos añadimos alguna decoración extra.
– And if you have something that you can add as extra decoration it would be great!
